As CEO of Latinasb2b.marketing and Producer of “Latinas From The Block To The Board Room” podcast, she bridges the gap between Silicon Valley innovation and marginalized communities, with a particular focus on Latina entrepreneurs, community allies, and BIPOC business leaders.

Drawing from her journey from the California Central Valley to Silicon Valley, Theresa developed the transformative 5-E’s of Leadership framework: Education, Empowerment, Economic Vision, Entrepreneurship, and Equity. She puts these principles into practice through her leadership roles as Board President of the Calculus Roundtable and Governance Chair for Girls Inc. of the Island City, where she works to expand STEM opportunities and empower the next generation of leaders.
