Immigration Legal Program

Immigration Legal Services Remote Consultations

We continue to provide Legal Consultations BY PHONE ONLY during our drop-in Legal Consultation hours:
Monday–Friday, 9am–11am.

The process is as follows:

Please Call (415) 642-4400, 9am–11am to ask for a phone consultation.

You will be screened by the receptionist. She will connect you to a legal staff member.

Please note that there is a high volume of calls and limited capacity. We provide only one remote consultation, and we may not be able to connect with everyone who calls. Please be patient with our team.

We continue to work with our existing client base. When appropriate, we will follow-up individually with our clients regarding their case, and to address any questions and provide other critical information.

Our expert attorneys and paralegal team are committed to providing high quality, low-cost and pro-bono immigration legal services to low-income Latino immigrants and their families.

We advocate and work to protect and expand the rights of all immigrants!

By helping to adjust immigration status for all who are eligible, our work positively impacts the community we serve, increasing economic self-sufficiency and leveling the field for a successful and healthy integration into this country. Our goal is to empower the immigrant community to counter xenophobic attacks and discrimination through education about local, state, and federal laws designed to protect individuals and families regardless of their immigration status.
