Patricia Murillo is a nonprofit leader, strategist, and powerful learning facilitator. With twenty-five years of progressive leadership in the nonprofit sector, she has empowered countless leaders and organizations through consultation, coaching, and transformative facilitation, enabling them to construct practical and visionary long-term plans, fortify board capabilities, and cultivate leadership excellence in various contexts. She brings her passion for supporting children and families to thrive to FACES SF as its first Chief Program Officer. Whether serving as a C-suite leader, trainer, or coach, she has consistently demonstrated a talent for inspiring growth and driving positive change. Her participatory and collaborative approach has enabled her to expand programs and build strong teams in previous roles as a Chief Learning Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Executive Director for Bay Area and national organizations. Patricia has a Master’s in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and is an Executive Coach from the MMS Institute. When she’s relaxing, Patricia can be found in the East Bay, indulging her love for movies and outdoor adventures with her partner, stepson, and Phoenix the cat.
