Since 1986 CARECEN SF has been empowering and responding to the needs, rights and aspirations of the Latino, immigrant, and under-resourced families in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rooted in its cultural strengths and born of the Central American justice struggles, CARECEN SF envisions our diverse immigrant community as thriving: where families prosper, build effective community institutions, and participate confidently in civic life. Won’t you join us in making this vision happen?

There are several ways you can support the work and mission of CARECEN SF:

Donate Now

Now more than ever, your support is needed. Immigrant families are under attack. Families are being separated, ICE raids are happening in places of work, schools, and where immigrants live. DACA and TPS are seriously under threat of being taken away.

You can provide the hope of representation CARECEN SF can provide to an immigrant family facing the terrifying possibility of being separated by deportation.

Your gift will help us do our work each and every day. Make a tax-deductible donation now.

Partner With Us – Donate Monthly

For as little as $30 a month, you can ensure that CARECEN SF can provide legal representation to an immigrant family or individual facing deportation. Becoming a Monthly Donation Partner is a convenient way to give – in the name of justice.

Vinicio Fund for Unaccompanied Children

The Vinicio Fund for Unaccompanied Children seeks to build community support through donations that will help CARECEN SF meet the emergency and/or basic needs of children and youth being represented in immigration court, and participating in our other social service programs.

Vinicio has planted the first seed to start this fund. Now we are calling on you to help us expand the support these children so desperately need.

Romero Vive Annual Gala

Celebrate the life and legacy of Monseñor Romero! During his lifetime, Monsignor Romero was at the forefront of the Salvadoran social justice struggle. Since the founding of CARECEN SF, Monsignor Romero continues to be an inspiration for the work that we do.

We invite you to join us in continuing his work.

Volunteer

Make a difference by volunteering with CARECEN SF. Whether it’s for one of our events, our annual gala, or maybe you’re an immigration layer or Salesforce expert, who has extra time to give to a great cause. Your help will make a difference!

Wish List

Have a working computer you’d like to donate? Maybe it’s an office chair or scanner. Check out our wish list. Your old possessions will be cherished by our staff and volunteers.
