Program Manager — Second Chance Youth Program & Tattoo Removal Clinic

May was born in Nicaragua and raised San Francisco’s Mission District. She is a graduate of Jefferson High School and UCLA, where she double majored in Sociology and Chicana/Chicano Studies. Because of her lived experience with violence, May is committed to its prevention among youth. Her involvement in this struggle keeps her grounded and energizes her to give back to her community.
