Policy Coordinator — Health Promotion Program
Through his educational and professional experiences, Marco continues to learn about the importance of community-based advocacy and policies for the immigrant community. Marco was raised in the Bay Area and holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University. His professional background mainly includes political campaigns both at the local and national level. Through this work, Marco developed an expertise in organizing and community engagement. At CARECEN SF, Marco wants to help empower the Bay Area Latinx community by developing and advocating for community-based policies that will improve health and wellness.
