Immigration Legal Services

Our legal staff processes cases and provides in-person and telephone counseling on immigration legal matters. Case processing and counseling support services include:

• Citizenship and naturalization
• Temporary protected status
• Employment authorization documents

We also specialize in deportation cases involving unaccompanied, undocumented minors.

CARECEN is an active member of the San Francisco Immigrant Legal and Education Network, which promotes full access to social services and direct legal services, civic engagement, legalization, freedom of movement, and reunification with family and community, for all immigrants and their families regardless of their immigration status.
