Whether holding community meetings to inform the public on immigration legal topics, organizing a film screening and discussion of the enduring legacy of El Salvador's Monsignor Óscar Romero, or preparing immigrants for citizenship, CARECEN is committed to providing Latino immigrants with the tools needed to be full participants in the democratic process.
